We understand that anticipation of receiving your new order is part of the joy of shopping. That’s why we pour out our shipping to ensure your items are lovingly packaged and dispatched on time. When will I get my order?
We usually process most orders within 2-5 business days, after which it’s shipped directly to your home. Processing time may take longer if the item is personalized. We will email you an official tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. At that point, the standard shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–12 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with different order fulfillment companies, most of whom operate multiple facilities worldwide! We have worked hard researching the best products to put our brand labels and designs on to help you share your stunning items in style. As far as possible, we try really hard to find United States producers and suppliers. We love Made In the USA, and we hope you do too!
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences, especially in the COVID-19 era or during the holidays. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link provided.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us at support@personalprintedgifts with your order number.
Sometimes, buyers accidentally use incorrect or incomplete information when purchasing. If you did make a mistake in your delivery address, contact us at support@personalprintedgifts.com, and we will see if we can sort it out.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
You’re free to cancel or modify an order before items have been sent to production. A placed order can be canceled or changed with no problems if the order hasn’t already been sent to production. However, cancelation and modification are no longer possible if the product has already been sent to production. Time and money have already been invested to produce the made-to-order product you requested. We care and understand that sometimes you change your mind, so we intentionally wait at least 3 hours before we send it to production after the order has been submitted. If you need to request a cancelation or modification, please email us at support@personalprintedgifts.com within 3 hours of your order.
How do I track my order?
